Total Quality Management
Is another of an endless series
Of management systems designed
To replace common sense planning,
In TQM if you are not part of the
Solution then you are part of the
Problem in that you must, must
Believe in the plan paradigm,
Sort of like the Tinkerbell
Paradigm in Peter Pan
In which all the kids
Must believe they
Can wish Tink
Back alive,
And as
You
Have already
Guessed, I had
Doubts, Tink died.
I find this approach
Similar to politics or love,
Doubts tend to be unpopular
With true believers and in religion
Are labeled anathema since in
All three faith alone is a must
Or the paradigm collapses,
Tink dies, and the other
Kids turn to stare at

With varying
Degrees of
Reproach
Though
I try to
Point
Out
How
Lucky
We did not
Accept the now
Defunct paradigm
Which seems to make
Matters worse as common
Sense has no place in
Politics, love or
Religion and I
Need to shut
Up and just
Nod yes in
Affirmation.
