Good family food,
Food in a restaurant
Is as good as the folks
Who work there are happy,
A bad boss who is inflexibly
Enforcing dictates from above
Who uses negative criticism that
Demeans the staff or denigrates
Their efforts or makes the staff
Come close to tears who rules
By fear instead of leading by
Example will always result
In bad food either from
Unhappy food cooks
Or handlers or by
Willful spoilage
Of even the
Most pure
And fresh
Food
All
Because
Those who
Handle the food
Are looking for a way
To even the score as I have
Noticed in so many restaurants
I have either walked out of or else
Never went back to since chains
Tend to rot from the head like
Fish so any outlet of that
Chain will be tainted by
The same top-down
Mentality toward
Employees and
Customers.
When you
Hear the
Yell
Venga aqui!
Come here!
It is best
To walk
Out,
Just sayin’
