To write a poem or read a
Bit considering options
Returning then to her
House where she
Requests he
Make her
Pancakes
With walnut
Or pecan bits
Blueberries so
He complies having
Some himself weighing
Options thinking of
What alternatives
He has and she
Has as she is
Fading over
Time in a
Search
For
Le mot
Juste or
Not as her
Life has been
Words rhetoric
Writing but now
Flaubert be damned
Any synonym will do oh
Yes pancakes and on

Search and if
Passion has
Cooled the
Pancakes
