How do you
Forgive a grown
Child who wants you
To live your life the way
They think you should behave.
Beats me. My sons and family all
Would never think of telling each
Other how to behave let alone
Nagging them to conform or
Worse yet trying to force
Another to chose them
Or the other person.
Such adolescent
Behavior would
Never happen
In my family.
However,
My dear friend
Does have such
A grown child who
Insists ad nauseam
She must choose between
Him his wife and kids or me
Which my friend refuses to do
Leaving her distraught in tears
Shaken up all because her son
Feels it is his decision how my
Friend lives her life and so I
Ask how do we forgive a
Child who never grew
Up and I answer we
Forgive each time
Or how could we
Resist telling
Him what a
Spoiled
Child
He
Is.
That
Was fun,
