Pants

I live in
Southern
California a
Land of pants
And shorts where
The woman wear the
Pants and the men wear
Shorts both metaphorically
And literally as this place seems
To attract or nurture men who
Never grow up and women
Who want to be in charge
But those are just one
Side and middle of
The bell curve so
My masculinity
Is safe shoved
Over on the
Other side
Of the
Bell
Curve
Though I
Do miss chilli
French fries greasy
Burgers and onion rings.
Oh! And my knees get cold.
