How do you reboot,
With a nap
Cup of coffee
Cup of tea
Or a new paradigm?
We all need to reboot
From time to time,
A chance to relax
Breathe deep
Close our eyes.
She is my reboot
A button I cannot
Resist pressing,
I close my eyes
And her memory
Fills my mind
Touching every
Curved crevice.
Then I sip my hot
Tea with milk and
If calories permit,
Munch an English
Biscuit or a pastry,
Open my book
Turn the page
And discover
A new paradigm.
