What is conduct
Honor bright to do
With me or you unless
We act as best we can in
The interest of others when
Fate makes us choose a path,
Are we bound by honor bright to
Do the right thing though it is
Not in our interest to do so?
Of course it is required or
Else hold honor cheap
And hide from bright
In shadows where
Simple minimum
Service suffices
To pass time
In safe and
Secure
Conformity
In whatever we
Choose to reveal
Our creativity be it
Art literature, music, or
Poetry or else gamble our
Honor bright and make
What we can risking
The rejection of our
Peers and blame
Of those who
Are envious
But unable
To create
Either
Beauty
Or symmetry.
So, create as best
You can and ignore
The doubts and fears
Of lesser souls too timid
To compete and hope
You do the best you
Can while you can
To earn your own
Honor bright.
Or not, what
Do I know
But didactic
Judgements of
One view of truth.
