You do not want to go
Into the desert and yet
I am going there in a week
Because she is drawn to the
Isolation and purity of the desert
Which I do understand though
Forrests and mountainside
Meadows have more of an
Appeal to me than sand.
I try to convince her the
Sea is a desert with no
Fresh water but she
Wants to see the
