And she uses harsh words
To castigate me as smug
Good only to eat tweet
And fart which is not
Too far off the mark
But said in anger
As she takes a
Determined
Walk out

With dog
And purse on
A walk to possibly
Cool down or else she
May escalate but my worst
Offense is to be calm not
Using harsh words back
Patiently doing what
I can to help her but
Nothing is more an
Aggravation than
Mr. goody two
Shoes who
Silently
Reads.

I suppose my
Lack of enthusiasm
Comes across as smug
But couples do spat
