I observed my
Students for half
A century as each
Decade life got harder
For them as inflation ate
Up any raises they got and
Working Moms became cruel
Necessity at the expense of kids
Unsupervised deprived of time
With Mom so the family could
Acquire material things made
To fail and be replaced by
Big business run for the
Advantage of the rich
All at the expense of
The middle class,
My students had
To work harder
Each decade
For less as
The rich
Tossed
Crumbs
As charity.
Wealth must
Be redistributed
From the rich to the
Middle class and
Most likely by
Women who
Are not
Rich.
