Late at night unable
To sleep sitting downstairs
Alone except for the dog and
Two cats when something happens
Which though I try I cannot seem
To remember except it was a
Strange coincidence and
Afterwards I said aloud
Note taken so as to
Concede the unique
Strangeness of the
Coincidence but
Cannot now
Recall the
Event.

Stranger
To coincidence
But usually I remember
The details so I am
Wondering why
This time is
Different
So I just
Wanted someone
To be aware of this event,
Just wish I knew what
Happened to elicit
