Skin
I cannot imagine how
Public figures stand the
Harsh criticism heaped upon
Them from all sides on their public
And private decisions lives habits
And idiosyncrasies it must be
A heavy burden requiring a
Thick skin making me
Think power must
Be an illness of
The mind too
Strong for a
Person to
Resist so
Pity them
Twisting to
Self-justify all
Their actions all
The way back to
Their teens always
Guilty never believed
They have the Wolfe by
The ears at arms length
Gripping tight they
Can never let
Go of their
Fame
Botoxed
Skintight.
