Is guided by ethics not sordid
Pride or all the other weaknesses
Of the human heart just a good
Person who will help the poor
Defend the middle class and
Encourage the rich to put
Country before wealth
Placing a hand on
Their shoulder
To guide to
The way,
What
Is best
For our country
Not our family fortune.
Oh where is the one
Who will like Abe
Lincoln lead us
Back to an
America
Of hope
Charity
And equality
Of opportunity
By for and of the
People, not the rich.
A President who respects
Americans not their fortunes.
But most of all an Honest Abe.
Someone you would be proud
To call your child, someone
To wash out the filth
Currently staining
Our White
House.
