Gridlock

American politics
Are gridlocked,
No compromise
Means nothing
Gets done.
What is the solution,
Kill them all,
With the ballot.
Elect women or men
Who understand
Compromise and
Are moderate in
Their views.
Vote for those
Who will achieve
What our country
Needs done now.
War on those
Who war on us,
Military,
Economic,
Cyber,
Cultural,
Terror.
But most of all,
Cut taxes on the
Middling sort,
Raise taxes on
The rich,
Preserve the
Family by
Limiting the exposure
Of our children to
TV and gizmo violence,
Encourage reading
The classics and
Teach civics and ethics
In our K-12 classrooms
To teach right from wrong.
Allow mothers to be
Home when their
Child is home.
Ban civilian control
Of automatic weapons
And require gun
Owners to join
State militias and
Be trained in the
Civics, ethics, use and
Maintenance of firearms.
And, stop the half-truths
By foreign powers and
FOX, MSNBC, CNN
By requiring objective
Journalism rather than
Subjective propaganda.
But first you
Must vote.
