Junior with a wife and
Three kids 7, 4 & an
Infant all boys and
We live in married
Housing UT has
Down by the
River called
Brackenridge
A four-room apartment
Cheap but rich in culture from
Across the world and we are all
Poor each family creating presents
For our children who are thrilled
With whatever we can find to
Give them Christmas morn
All happy despite the debt
And pinched budgets all
Safe and warm safe
And snug because
UT gave us a
Place to live
For cheap
Old WW2
Officers
Units.
A place
For our kids
To be safe after
School where when
My wife and I got home
We were poor but happy
Even if we owed $11,000 for
Medical bills for my eldest son
Which we paid off over 20
Years at what we could
Each month and when
The bill was paid the
Hospital told us no
One else had ever
Paid off a bill but
Just walked
Away to
Which
I asked why
They had not told
Us of this option but
Too late so all I have is
